I have worked with Palmer on two different rentals/purchases over the last few years and she has been a great asset to have. She explains the processes, makes the tough calls when something doesn’t go right and continues to follow up until it is resolved. She responds back to calls, texts and emails in a very timely manner. Couldn’t ask for a better representative to assist us with a purchase. Highly recommend hermike jenkins3
